M. P. Birla Planetarium is engaged in extensive public outreach programme as a part of its social mandate. Lectures, seminars and workshops are conducted both on-site and in multitudes of academic institutes and organisations throughout the state at all levels. Observational programmes of important celestial events are regularly conducted by the Planetarium.
